程奂 / Cheng Huan (late Han)
Hanji 956 introduces Cheng Huan as a 韩馥 commander paired with 赵浮 in the last military warning before the Jizhou surrender. The two return from Mengjin with a large crossbow force and physically show that Han Fu still has organized troops.
Cheng Huan’s source value is therefore not separate biography but evidence quality. His presence reinforces Zhao Fu’s claim that 袁绍 is not yet secure enough to force surrender if Han Fu uses 冀州’s resources coherently.
