陈国 / Chen State (late Han)
Hanji 928 adds a much earlier 184 CE wartime layer before the later Liu Chong refuge branch. The episode places 皇甫嵩 and 朱儁 in the Runan-陈国 field, where they continue suppressing the 黄巾军 and defeat Peng Tuo at Xihua.
This does not change the later page role of Chen as a relatively safe late-Han polity under 刘宠 and 骆俊. It adds a background point: Chen appears first in the wiki as part of the 184 Yellow Turban suppression geography, then later as one of the rare places that can draw people fleeing the disorder that the early rebellion helped expose.
陈国 / Chen State (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 1019 as the local polity ruled by 刘宠 and administered by 骆俊. The episode presents Chen as a rare late-Han refuge zone: military defense, civil administration, and relative food security let it draw people fleeing disorder.
The source’s key claim is that Chen’s strength is also its vulnerability. Because the state is wealthy and has gathered many troops, 袁术 seeks grain from it. When Chen does not supply him, Yuan Shu sends 张闿 with a surrender story that becomes an assassination access path. After Liu Chong and Luo Jun die, Chen rapidly loses the person-dependent order that had made it safe.
