董扶 / Dong Fu (late Han)
Hanji 939 introduces 董扶 / Dong Fu as the shizhong who privately redirects 刘焉’s provincial plan. Liu Yan first wants the remote Jiaozhi post to escape central disorder, but Dong Fu says the capital will become chaotic and that 益州 has imperial qi, making Yizhou the desired destination.
The episode then says Dong Fu follows Liu Yan into Yizhou, along with 赵韪. Dong Fu is therefore not only a prophecy voice; he is part of the early entourage that makes Liu Yan’s provincial move look like a deliberate political relocation under 州牧集权与地方割据.
