汉桓帝 / Emperor Huan of Han

Hanji 901 gives Emperor Huan a posthumous court-ritual role. The episode centers on whether 窦皇太后, his empress and later dowager, should be buried with him and share the proper sacrificial honor at Xuanling. 李贤 and 陈球 / 陈求 argue that her role beside Huan should not be displaced by 冯贵人 or by family-guilt logic.

Hanji 914 uses Emperor Huan as a comparison point when 汉灵帝 asks 杨琦 how Ling compares with his predecessor. Yang Qi’s answer does not satisfy Ling’s desire for validation, making Huan part of Ling’s self-image and advice-reception problem.

Hanji 929 recalls an earlier succession dispute through 李固, who had opposed establishing the later Emperor Huan and preferred 刘蒜. The page therefore holds Huan mostly as a reference node for later reign memory, succession evaluation, and the burial legitimacy of Dou Miao.
