废丘 / Feiqiu enters the wiki through Hanji 155-1 as 章邯’s final holdout after 韩信 breaks the 三秦压制 position. Earlier pages mentioned Zhang Han retreating toward Feiqiu; this source records the endpoint.

After a year-long siege, Han forces use river water to flood the city. The defenders surrender when the position becomes untenable, and Zhang Han kills himself. Feiqiu therefore marks the end of Zhang Han’s path from Qin emergency commander to Xiang Yu’s Yong king and finally to isolated defeated holdout.

The fall of Feiqiu also gives the source its administrative turn. Once the city falls, 刘邦’s side fully pacifies the Yong territory and creates 中地郡, 北地郡, and 陇西郡, converting the broken Three Qin barrier into governed rear space around 关中.
