Flux appears in Open Source Wins, AGI Is Here, and Scorsese’s AI Toolkit with CEOs of Cerebras & Black Forest Labs as Black Forest Labs’ known open-source model family. Robin Rombach uses it as the concrete public example while describing a broader multimodal roadmap.

The source places Flux inside the visual-model branch rather than treating it as a standalone app. It connects image generation to video, audio, reference-based editing, creative workflows, IP control, and eventual action prediction.
