Frost 明 / 明熙

Overview

Frost 明, also rendered as 明熙 in the supplied episode summary, is a Bub developer interviewed by 捕蛇者说 and introduced as the author of PDM working in AI framework or infrastructure development.

Current Profile

In this source, Frost Ming explains the engineering move from hardcoded Telegram output toward an agent that can investigate and build new output capabilities for itself. He treats deterministic code and reusable skills as ways to preserve experience and lower repeated token cost, while retaining a minimal coded substrate and acknowledging that non-programmers may still need engineering guidance.

Key Characteristics

• Is introduced as the author of PDM and an AI framework or infrastructure developer.
• Describes Bub’s shift from fixed response code toward self-built sticker, voice, and formatting capabilities.
• Argues that repeated work can become deterministic code or reusable skills to reduce future model usage.
• Keeps a boundary between extensible transaction code and the minimal agent substrate needed to receive and process instructions.

Evidence

Background and Bub development

• Ep 58. 从零实现龙虾需要什么？Bub 开发者访谈 introduces Frost Ming and attributes Bub’s self-built I/O, token-cost, and engineering-guidance discussion to him.

Qualifications

• The supplied summary alternates between “Frost 明” and “明熙”; this page preserves both forms without claiming that the transcription establishes a formal Chinese name.
• Job, project, and implementation details are self-reported within one interview and are not independently verified here.

What Changed

• Created a source-bounded profile for the Bub developer and PDM author.

Relationships

• Bub - agent project whose extensible I/O and skill behavior he discusses.
• 卓然（Bub 开发者） - fellow guest and Bub collaborator in the episode.
• AI Skills - reusable method layer he treats as an alternative to repeated token-heavy work.
• Agent Self-Evolution - practical accumulation of agent-written capabilities rather than autonomous consciousness.
