关静 / Guan Jing (Late Han) appears in Hanji 1030 as 公孙瓒’s adviser inside 易京. When Gongsun Zan considers leaving the fortress with elite cavalry, joining forces connected to the 黑山军, and counterattacking 冀州, Guan Jing argues that the move will cause the remaining troops to think they have been abandoned.
His advice turns the episode from a simple siege story into a study of command confidence. The soldiers still hold because their families are inside Yijing and because Gongsun Zan remains visibly with them; if he departs with the strongest cavalry, the fortress may still exist physically but lose its remaining cohesion. Guan Jing therefore exposes the practical limit of 筑城避世安全幻觉 and the earlier damage caused by failed 救援互惠式统帅信任.
