郭胜 / Guo Sheng (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 943 as the regular palace attendant whose personal tie to the He family defeats 蹇硕’s emergency appeal. The source says Guo Sheng is from 何进’s home region and had helped 何太后 and He Jin become powerful.
When Jian Shuo writes to 赵忠 and others urging them to close the palace gates and kill He Jin, Guo Sheng rejects the plan and turns the letter over to He Jin. That choice makes him a small but decisive access broker: the anti-He message moves through the eunuch channel, but Guo Sheng routes it to the He side.
The result is Jian Shuo’s arrest and death. Guo Sheng therefore marks the pre-Hanji-944 condition in which the eunuch world is not unified; personal debt and factional benefit can fracture an apparently shared palace interest.
