Hightouch

Hightouch is the enterprise data and AI platform for marketers discussed in Founder Mode: Kashish Gupta, Founder and co-CEO of Hightouch. Kashish Gupta says the company began in Y Combinator Summer 2019 as a natural-language travel booking startup, then moved into helping companies activate customer data for sales and marketing after COVID made travel unattractive.
