惠衢 / Hui Qu (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 983 as 袁术’s counter-appointee for the Yangzhou governorship after 刘繇 expels Yuan Shu-aligned 吴景 and 孙贲. Yuan Shu appoints Hui Qu and orders him to act with Wu Jing and Sun Ben against Liu Yao’s positions.
