胡轸 / Hu Zhen enters the wiki through Hanji 955 as the Liangzhou-side commander 董卓 sends against 孙坚 after Sun Jian regroups at Yangren. The source pairs him with 吕布, whose Bingzhou troops and personal resentment make the operation unstable from inside.

The episode’s Hu Zhen branch is a compact case of command fracture. Lü Bu first spreads a false report that Yangren is empty, then raises a false alarm that Sun Jian is attacking; the resulting disorder lets Sun Jian defeat Hu Zhen’s force at 阳人之战 and kill 华雄. Hu Zhen therefore matters less as a full biography than as the commander whose army reveals Dong Zhuo-side factional weakness.
