Justin Wolfers is the economist guiding Planet Money’s Summer School World Tour in Our mission: Find the world’s best economic ideas (Summer School World Tour). He frames countries as laboratories where economic principles can be tested under different institutions, using Australia and New Zealand / 新西兰 as the first two cases.
