Kino Loy is the Narkina Five work-group leader discussed in 42.安多：风起于青萍之末. The episode reads him as one of [[Andor|《安多》 / Andor]]’s most moving ordinary figures: he begins by believing discipline and sentence completion will lead to release, then helps lead the revolt once that promise is exposed as false.
