蒯彻 / Kuai Che
蒯彻 / Kuai Che enters the wiki through Qinji 128-5 as the adviser who teaches 武臣 to win territory by political signaling. The transcript renders him as “快徹”; this page uses the canonical 蒯彻 while keeping that wording source-scoped.
Kuai Che’s advice is that Wu Chen should not rely only on the sequence “fight first, win first, expand afterward.” If one city sees surrender rewarded with rank and safety, nearby cities may imitate the choice. Wu Chen follows the advice by sending Kuai Che with vehicles, cavalry, and noble seals to receive Xu Gong.
The result is the episode’s main example of 招降示范级联: more than thirty cities in old Yan and Zhao lands surrender without battle after seeing the model. Kuai Che’s role is therefore not just tactical persuasion but the creation of a visible incentive template.
