后蜀 / Later Shu

Later Shu / 后蜀 is one of the southern regimes in [[FiveDynastiesTenKingdoms|五代十国]]. In EP252 《太平年》之外的五代十国，什么样？, it belongs with [[FormerShu|前蜀]], Wu, and [[SouthernTang|南唐]] as a regime that could interact with central-plain dynasties from a comparatively parallel position.

For the wiki’s existing Song branch, Later Shu also points forward to [[SongUnificationStrategy|先南后北]] and [[SichuanPostConquestResistance|川蜀征服后反抗]]. The episode helps explain why Shu was not simply a conquest target but part of a richer southern-regime landscape.
