梁鹄 / Liang Hu (late Han)

Hanji 911 adds a Hongdu and calligraphy branch to Liang Hu. The episode pairs him with 师宜官 as evidence that 鸿都门学 could gather real artistic talent even while its office channel was politically disputed, and it notes the later tradition that 曹操 admired his writing.

Hanji 929 later uses Liang Hu as the Liangzhou inspector who fears being implicated after 苏正和 reports corruption in the Wuwei commandery field. Liang Hu considers killing Su Zhenghe and asks 盖勋 to discuss the matter.

Gai Xun blocks the plan by framing it as disloyal and inhumane: killing a subordinate to hide a problem would damage Liang Hu’s public office, not merely settle a private dispute. The episode later says Gai Xun’s action was “for Liang shijun,” making Liang Hu the officeholder whose authority is protected from his own panic.
