刘和 / Liu He (Late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 998 as the son of 刘虞. After Liu Yu’s death, 乌桓, 鲜卑, 鲜于辅, and 袁绍-aligned forces welcome Liu He as a banner for their campaign against 公孙瓒.

The source does not develop Liu He’s independent actions. His function is political: Liu Yu’s surviving line gives the anti-Gongsun coalition a name around which revenge, local legitimacy, and external military support can gather.
