刘纳 / Liu Na (late Han)
刘纳 was a shangshu in Hanji 918 and one of the officials who urge 刘郃 to act against 曹节.
The episode gives Liu Na the hard version of the responsibility argument: if a senior minister sees a collapsing state and does not support it, his rank is empty. That rhetoric helps overcome Liu He’s caution but cannot prevent the fatal leak through 阳球 and 程璜.
