鲁共公 / Duke Gong of Lu

鲁共公 / Duke Gong of Lu appears in Zhouji 09 as Ji Fen, the son and successor of 鲁穆公. The source gives him as one of the compact 377 BCE succession notices.

His source role is chronological. The episode does not develop a separate Lu political story here; it uses Lu’s succession beside 韩国 and the 《资治通鉴》 Zhou-annals sequence.

《资治通鉴·周纪》15丨酒不醇引发的世界大战 closes Lu Gong Gong’s reign in the 355 BCE notice: he dies and 鲁康公 succeeds. The same episode also uses a 《庄子》-derived story in which Lu Gong Gong arrives late before 楚宣王, presents poor wine, refuses to apologize on the grounds of Lu’s Zhou-descended status, and thereby helps trigger the 鲁酒薄而邯郸围 chain.
