陆康 / Lu Kang (late Han)
Hanji 932 backfills an earlier remonstrance layer before Lu Kang’s Lujiang branch. As Le’an commandery administrator, Lu Kang opposes 汉灵帝’s added palace-construction and bronze-statue tax, but the eunuch-side interpretation around 张让 and 赵忠 turns the memorial into disrespect toward the emperor.
That earlier branch makes Lu Kang a case of clean official exposure before the Yuan Shu conflict. He is imprisoned under the commandant of justice and is spared after 刘岱 defends him, but he is still sent home, showing how 君臣反馈失灵 and 修宫钱转嫁盘剥 punish even bounded fiscal remonstrance.
陆康 / Lu Kang (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 983 as the 庐江郡 administrator who refuses 袁术’s demand for thirty thousand hu of grain.
