吕强 / Lyu Qiang enters the wiki through Hanji 924 as a palace eunuch who still gives corrective advice during the 184 CE Yellow Turban emergency. He urges 汉灵帝 to release banned party figures, punish corrupt attendants, evaluate provincial officials, and use capable people.
His advice helps produce the 党锢危机赦免, but it also makes him vulnerable inside the palace. 赵忠 and 夏韵 accuse him of party ties and family corruption; when an armed messenger summons him, Lyu Qiang says disorder will follow his death and kills himself rather than submit to humiliating prosecution.
The source makes Lyu Qiang a boundary figure for 君臣反馈失灵. Correct information can come from inside the eunuch channel, but that does not protect the speaker when the same channel controls accusation, access, and interpretation.
