Overview

偏和 / Pian He is a Xianbei leader whose current wiki role is defined through Ji Tong’s Liaodong frontier management. Hanji 725 gives the detailed 49 CE version in which Pian He attacks the Xiongnu after Ji Tong rewards and challenges him; Hanji 733-1 later preserves a northeastern-frontier result in which Pian He is used against Chishan Wuhuan.

Current Profile

Pian He is not yet a full biographical figure in the wiki. He is visible as the outside-frontier actor whom Ji Tong turns from a potential submitter into an enemy-directed proxy. In Hanji 725, Ji Tong gives him material support and says that real merit should be proven by attacking the Xiongnu and presenting enemy heads to Han authorities. Pian He does so, reportedly killing more than two thousand and then sending Xiongnu heads annually in exchange for Han rewards.

Hanji 733-1 gives a compressed or later frontier-result layer: Ji Tong sends Pian He against Chishan Wuhuan, outside-frontier groups submit, and Han authorities can withdraw a border garrison.
