Shanbin

Shanbin is Xiaohongshu’s community technology lead and the event lead interviewed in 把7位黑客松选手请进播客｜冠军、怪才和48小时不眠的野心家. He explains the Xiaohongshu Hackathon Peak Competition as an attempt to find people who are truly creating under the AI wave, not simply teams reacting to a trend.

His most reusable idea is “era age”: in the AI period, youth is partly about how early someone enters the new tool wave, how sensitive they are to it, and whether they act. This shifts the event from a conventional competition into a search for emerging builder identity.
