宋义 / Song Yi
宋义 / Song Yi enters the wiki through Qinji 131-1 as a next-story hook after 李斯’s death. The source says Song Yi had once served as 楚国 lingyin and later joined 项梁 when anti-Qin forces rose across the former Chu region.
Qinji 132 develops that hook into Song Yi’s main early role. After Xiang Liang wins repeatedly at Dong’e and Dingtao, Song Yi warns that a victorious army can still fail if the commander becomes arrogant and the soldiers slack. Xiang Liang ignores him and sends him to 齐国.
On the road, Song Yi meets a Qi envoy named Gaoling Jun and tells him not to hurry toward Xiang Liang because Xiang Liang will soon be defeated. 章邯’s reinforced night attack at 定陶 then kills Xiang Liang, so the episode treats Song Yi as someone who read the army’s morale and risk correctly.
After 芈心 / 楚怀王 moves to 彭城 and issues 怀王之约, the same Gaoling Jun recommends Song Yi to Mi Xin. Mi Xin appoints Song Yi as chief general for the 巨鹿 relief army, with 项羽 as second general and 范增 as last general.
The source also previews Song Yi’s short-lived command. The host notes that he is not famous because he will soon be killed by Xiang Yu after saying one wrong thing, but Qinji 132 itself stops at the command setup rather than narrating that death.
