田角 / Tian Jiao

田角 / Tian Jiao enters the wiki through Qinji 130-3 as the chancellor appointed when Qi officials install 田假 as king after 田儋 dies.

After 田荣 returns to 齐国 and drives out Tian Jia, Tian Jiao flees to 赵国. The source pairs him with 田间, who is also under Zhao’s protection.

Tian Jiao’s main significance is diplomatic rather than biographical. Tian Rong makes Qi participation in 项梁’s planned joint attack on 章邯 conditional on Zhao killing Tian Jiao and Tian Jian. Zhao refuses, so the anti-Qin coalition fails to concentrate.
