田巿 / Tian Shi
田巿 / Tian Shi enters the wiki through Hanji 143 as the existing Qi king who is moved in 项羽’s post-Qin settlement. The episode says Xiang Yu changes him into Jiaodong king while giving the central Qi kingship to 田都 and creating a Jibei kingship for 田安.
Tian Shi’s role is mainly distributive. His reassignment shows Xiang Yu’s willingness to break existing restored-state titles and reorder Qi around who cooperated with his westward campaign and who did not.
