田臧 / Tian Zang
田臧 / Tian Zang enters the wiki through Qinji 129-1 as a 张楚政权 general in the crisis around 荥阳. With 吴广 unable to take the city and 章邯 pushing east after defeating 周文 / 周章, Tian Zang and other generals argue that the army risks being trapped between Yingyang and Qin reinforcements.
The source presents Tian Zang’s act as both military and political. He and the other generals criticize Wu Guang as arrogant and poor at command, decide persuasion will not work, falsely claim 陈胜’s order, kill Wu Guang, and send his head to Chen Sheng.
Chen Sheng’s reaction is the page’s unresolved tension. The source says Chen Sheng is angry but does not dare punish Tian Zang; instead he gives Tian Zang the Chu lingyin seal and makes him upper general. The host infers that Tian Zang may have had Chen Sheng’s tacit approval, but this page keeps that as source-scoped suspicion rather than settled fact.
Qinji 129-2 gives Tian Zang’s endpoint. After leaving Li Gui and other officers to continue the Yingyang siege, Tian Zang leads elite troops west to meet 章邯. Zhang Han defeats him at Ao granary, and Tian Zang dies, making the promotion after Wu Guang’s killing a very short-lived command solution.
