王翳 / Wang Yi (Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 168 part 2 in the final recognition and corpse-reward sequence around 项羽. 吕马童 points Xiang Yu out to Wang Yi during the last fight at 乌江.

The episode then says Wang Yi and others dismount to take Xiang Yu’s head, while other Han cavalry fight over the body with such violence that some are trampled and injured. Wang Yi’s importance is therefore source-scoped: he anchors the shift from Xiang Yu’s living personal terror to the administrative reward logic of a confirmed enemy head.
