侠累 / Xia Lei appears in 《资治通鉴·周纪》07丨两起刺杀（2） as the chancellor of 韩国 whom 聂政 kills at 严仲子’s request. The source says Xia Lei is presiding over a meeting with heavy security when Nie Zheng breaks in and strikes him in the throat.
The episode also records a 《战国策》 variant in which Xia Lei grabs 韩哀侯 while trying to escape, and Nie Zheng kills them both. This page keeps that as a source variant rather than reconciling it with the base annalistic notice.
《资治通鉴·周纪》10丨 以家族单位 有蚂蚁吃大象的精神（2） revisits the same source problem from the other side. The host says 《战国策》 may have treated Xia Lei’s death and 严遂’s later killing of 韩哀侯 as one event, while 《史记》 and 《资治通鉴》 separated them.
