先零羌 / Xianling Qiang
Hanji 929 gives the Xianling Qiang an earlier uprising role before the Ji County branch. The source says Xianling Qiang and related groups kill 伶征, elect 北宫伯玉 and 李文侯, and pull 边章 plus 韩遂 into military-political management.
Hanji 930 uses the Xianling Qiang as part of the western disorder surrounding 边章 and 盖勋. The source says Bian Zhang had been coerced and was handling military-political affairs for the Xianling Qiang side when Gai Xun rebuked him at Ji County.
The page is narrow because the source does not provide an independent ethnic or frontier history of the Xianling Qiang. Its wiki role here is to mark the Qiang-front environment in which Bian Zhang’s rebellion and Gai Xun’s reputation become visible.
