辛评 / Xin Ping (late Han)

Hanji 956 introduces Xin Ping as a Han Fu-side insider or old associate used in 袁绍’s mission to persuade 韩馥 to yield 冀州. His placement matters because the surrender argument is not delivered only by visible outsiders.

Xin Ping’s source role is therefore structural. He belongs to the insider channel that makes external pressure from Yuan Shao and 公孙瓒 sound actionable inside Han Fu’s own circle, alongside 高干, 荀谌, and 郭图.
