杨琦 / Yang Qi (late Han)
杨琦 / Yang Qi (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 985 as the shizhong who urges 汉献帝 not to rebuke 李傕 after Li Jue sends rotten beef bones instead of usable food. Yang Qi warns that Li Jue already knows he has committed a grave rebellion and may move the emperor toward Chiyang’s Huangbai city, so anger could worsen captivity rather than correct it.
His page is source-scoped. Yang Qi matters as a survival adviser: under ordinary sovereignty the emperor’s anger could punish disrespect, but under Li Jue’s control it becomes a bodily risk to be suppressed.
