阳泉君 / Lord Yangquan enters the wiki through 《资治通鉴·周纪》97-4丨史上为事业送老婆第一人 as 华阳夫人’s younger brother and 吕不韦’s first Qin-court access point. Lu Buwei tells him that his present wealth and standing depend on his sister’s favor with 安国君柱 / 秦孝文王, but that this position may collapse once a new ruler takes power if Huayang Furen remains childless.

His source role is intermediary, not independent strategist. Lu Buwei uses Yangquan Jun to move the argument into Huayang Furen’s inner circle: if she adopts 异人 / 子楚, she gains a future support base and Yiren gains a succession route. The episode therefore makes Yangquan Jun part of the persuasion channel that turns 子以母贵式继承杠杆 into action.
