袁闳 / Yuan Hong (Chenliu, late Han) is the Huan-era attendant and remonstrant introduced in Hanji 852. He gives 汉桓帝 a blunt but initially accepted “middle-grade ruler” assessment, then later uses a sealed omen memorial to criticize Deng Wanshi’s excessive favor before withdrawing when the emperor gives no response.
