张杨 / Zhang Yang (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 1003 as the Henei patron under whom 董昭 first helps 曹操. When Cao Cao wants to use Henei to contact the eastern Han court, Zhang Yang initially refuses, but Dong Zhao persuades him to permit the channel.
