赵浮 / Zhao Fu (late Han)

Hanji 956 introduces Zhao Fu as a 韩馥 commander returning from Mengjin with 程奂 and more than ten thousand crossbowmen. Their formation passes near 袁绍’s camp tightly enough that Yuan Shao fears and dislikes them.

Zhao Fu’s significance is material demonstration. He tells Han Fu that Yuan Shao lacks grain, has scattered troops, and cannot rely fully on allies such as 张杨. Han Fu still refuses the warning, making Zhao Fu part of the episode’s evidence that Jizhou’s capacity collapsed in perception before it collapsed in fact.
