赵温 / Zhao Wen (late Han) enters the wiki through Hanji 986 as the situ who writes to 李傕 during the 李傕-郭汜 conflict. His letter condemns Li Jue’s assault on the capital, killing and plunder, refusal to read the imperial edict, and plan to move 汉献帝 toward Huangbai city.
The episode uses Zhao Wen as an official remonstrance case under coercion. The office still speaks in moral and institutional language, but Li Jue’s immediate reaction is to want Zhao Wen killed. That gap makes Zhao Wen part of the same late-Han field as 皇甫郦: remonstrance remains legible, yet the armed holder of the emperor can answer truth with anger rather than correction.
