昭奚恤 / Zhao Xixu appears in 《资治通鉴·周纪》16丨孙膑庞涓恩怨纠葛 桂陵之战 when the 楚国 ruler appoints him as chancellor. The episode uses the notice to explain 司马光’s recurring interest in chief ministers and to introduce chancellor-centered governance as a Song literati reading habit.
