周殷 / Zhou Yin enters the wiki through Hanji 160 part 1 as one of the few Chu-side figures 陈平 describes as genuinely loyal and unbending around 项羽. The episode does not narrate an independent Zhou Yin action; his role is structural, marking the small trusted core that makes Xiang Yu’s camp still dangerous despite wider reward grievances.
